Traditions: ‘O Christmas Tree!
the Sunday after Thanksgiving we pile in the “Burb” (affectionate name for the suburban) and drive to the Farmer’s Market. #2 did the negotiating – and this year’s winner is…..
An 11 footer! This Christmas tree is nice and full! We got a stand to go along with it. And as you can see it fit nicely on the roof for the ride home:
baby sam always keeping a eye on everything:
all ready for decorating! it was fun to listen to Christmas music and dance with my nephew!
Check out more traditions.

that is a HUGE tree!!! i love real trees…but we had a bad experience at college in Georgia. we were just married and my man took me to the tree farm, we bought the tree stood it up and started to hang the lights when I saw black beetles and nests all over the thing. we pressure sprayed it for hours until it was free of creepy bugs. i don’t think Kris will ever let a live tree in our home again…

Rachel,
So happy to find you again! I was wondering why you weren’t bloggin anymore at your blogspot site– so it’s good you posted the update to switch here. What’s your future look like? Are you coming back to Asia again? Tell your family that we desperately need a Chic-Fil-A in Thailand real soon! I’m still enjoying the USA– you can follow our travels on my blog.
